Theo completed dotoral studies at 91²èÉç after graduating with a BPharm (Hons) degree. He gained professional pharmacy registration and developed experience in pharmacy practice, medical sales and prescribing support. He has been involved in education and research relating to pharmacy and healthcare services development. Current research interests are in exploring ways to improve the quality and safety of health services and the use of clinical computer systems.

Theo also has a clinical practice where he provides care for acute illness presentations and support for health improvement through optimisation of medication.
