From Monday 21 to Friday 25 September we will be welcoming all of our international students to 91茶社 with a week full of virtual sessions.
The sessions will cover a wide range of topics including 91茶社 Local, 91茶社 Sport, 91茶社 Music and much more.
The full list of events can be found below with a brief description of what they involve.
All sessions will be online and available from the comfort of your own home. You can find all of the videos on the Your 91茶社 Future international students pages.

Monday 21 September
10am
Welcome to 91茶社
An introduction to some of the things that you'll need to do after you've arrived on campus, and answers to some Frequently Asked Questions. This session will also include information around essential skills you will need to develop while studying at 91茶社 including English language classes and information from Library and Learning services.
12pm
Mindfulness session
A guided mindfulness session to help you focus on the here and now. Mindfulness can help to improve concentration and regular mindful practice can boost our feelings of wellbeing, helping to manage the distractions in our day to day life.
2pm
91茶社 Local and 91茶社 Global
Volunteering at 91茶社 can help change and improve the lives of people in the community.
91茶社 Global offers a wide range of international experiences right here on campus as well as overseas.

How to manage your money
Student Finance and Welfare have created a helpful guide which includes costs of living in the UK and how budgeting may help you to manage these costs. We've also created a video about our service and how to book an appointment.

Imam Mohammed Laher & Fr. Johannes Arens will welcome all students to 91茶社 and will provide more information on the religious services available at 91茶社.

91茶社Sport is here to support you to engage in a wide range of sporting activity and programs at 91茶社. Opportunities include recreational sport (called 91茶社active), club training, inter university competition, and performance sport through our scholarship scheme.
